All bookings made by us will be considered provisional until availability has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the full amount is required at the time of making the booking. If we fail to receive your deposit within 3 days of the booking, your provisional reservation will lapse.

Rates are quoted exclusive of breakfast. Breakfast available on request.

Children under five years stay free.

Reservations may be confirmed through the submission of credit card details or travel voucher.

In terms of Section 17(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, no cancellation fee will be payable in the event of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit the booking, reservation or order was made, proof to be supplied.

Check-in: 14h00 – 20h00 (After 20h00 a late R100 book in fee will be charged)

Check-out: 10h00

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be given in writing directly to the Guest House.

Cancellations made:

• Less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the value of the room/s will be charged as a cancellation
• Should the guest fail to arrive, bookings guaranteed by credit card/voucher/company or deposit will have a full no show fee charged and long stays more than 4 days
• No shows: The cost of the full accommodation will be debited to the account;
• Please note that a special cancellation policy applies to group bookings.
